Driving in to work today and a Neco seed truck was riding my bumper in the slow lane while I had a semi right in front of me. Less than a car length between me and Neco for miles. If the semi in front of me had to slow down for any reason the Neco truck would have easily killed me and my wife. These must be the drugged up 'steering wheel holders' you hear so much about.
